Delete your Aurel account
You can delete your Aurel account and everything in it at any time.
In the app
- Open Aurel and tap your picture at the top of Home to open your profile.
- Tap Delete account, at the bottom.
- Enter your password and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted from our server straight away, and Aurel signs you out.
If you can’t sign in
Email support@aurelwallet.com from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you, then delete it within 7 days.
What’s deleted
Everything: your account (name, email, password), your accounts and balances, transactions, categories, labels, budgets, goals, recurring items and debts, your currencies, and your signed-in devices. Nothing is kept, and it can’t be undone.
The copy on your phone, your plugin settings, and the messages waiting in To review or skipped are deleted when Aurel signs you out.
