Aurel terms of service

Effective: 25 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Patrick Obama (“we”), who makes Aurel. By creating an account or using Aurel, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Aurel. If you have a question, write to us at support@aurelwallet.com.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep Aurel accurate, safe and running, and we fix problems as soon as we know about them. But no app is perfect, so we can’t promise Aurel will always be error-free or available.

Aurel helps you see your money; it doesn’t make decisions for you. So, as far as the law allows, we can’t be responsible for losses that come from decisions made using Aurel’s numbers, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under consumer protection law.

If something isn’t right, tell us at support@aurelwallet.com and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Ending

You can stop using Aurel and delete your account at any time. If your account is closed, the parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (like ownership, “If something goes wrong”, and the law that applies) still apply.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Using Aurel after that means you accept the new terms.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes go to the courts of Kenya. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your local consumer law gives you.
